Dreamy Romance: Styling Inspiration

There is something so timeless and magical about a wedding at The Old Dairy, Maleny. Surrounded by rolling hills and soft country air, it was the perfect backdrop for our recent styled shoot with Simply Style Co, Willow Bud, Bluebird Invitations, and Mears Productions. Together, we wanted to capture a look that was romantic, layered and full of thoughtful detail, showing how the smallest touches can transform a wedding into something unforgettable.

From the soft drape of linen to cascading florals and textured stationery, every element worked together to create a dreamy and romantic atmosphere. The details were key. Delicate silk ribbons were used throughout the styling, tied on signage, invitations and even pears on the reception tables, bringing a sense of movement and whimsy. Flat lays were elevated with velvet ring boxes and pearl jewellery, creating keepsake images that brides will treasure forever. Our wedding fans and parasols added comfort for guests while also creating playful and stylish photo opportunities. Wax seal stamps gave the stationery a personal, old-world touch that tied beautifully into the layered look.
